• 1 lb of Pork or Ground Turkey
  • 1 tblsp of vegetable oil
  • 1 clove crushed garlic
  • 1 small red jalapeno (chopped finely)
  • 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
  • 1 tblsp oyster sauce
  • 3 tblsp CrackJelly
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onion

In a large non-stick frying pan over high heat, add the oil, jalapeno’s, garlic and meat. Cook for 4-5 minutes or until meat is browned.

Add the remaining ingredients (CrackJelly, Hoisin, Oyster) stir to combine for an extra minute or two. Add green onion and stir.

Serve over lettuce or use Tostito’s scoops as a finger food. Enjoy.
