Marinate shrimp in CrackJelly and a little olive oil for a few hours, prepare a salad of your choice (We love to add roasted sweet potato, bacon and avocado). Saute shrimp in 1 tbls of olive oil and extra CrackJelly until cooked and place over salad. Add creamy dressing of your choice to pan drippings, mix until warm then drizzle over shrimp. Enjoy!
